My favorite Thai place hands down. I love everything I've tried and I've tried a lot! My favorite is the yellow curry. Not a day goes by that I don't think about and crave this dish. The tiger cry beef is also a family favorite! The owner and staff do a great job! I must come at least once a week to satisfy my craving. Usually get it to go, but dining in is also nice. Highly recommend.

Convinced this is the best Thai in America... and I say that as someone who's been to Thailand a few times. Pad Thai has been a staple in OP for YEARS, but I don't think I fully appreciated it until I moved away - some of the most authentic and delish dishes I've had. Highly recommend starting with soup and ordering one of their curries (can't go wrong with any). We loved the panang curry with chicken - it was sweet with a nice kick, and loaded with chicken and peppers. The new tiger cry entree is also incredible. I don't normally like beef, but Pad Thai's is super tender and served over a massive amount of fried rice (also sweet, with a very slight kick). Portions are huge here. Bonus points for how they let you choose the spice level. The restaurant was remodeled a few years ago and I love the new decor. We sat outside - super comfortable. Added to the positive experience!

Pad Thai has been my favorite Thai restaurant in KC area for multiple years now. Every time I go, I am consistently impressed with the flavoring and quality of food. Every dish I've tried has been incredible!

Forgot the photo. But I'll just say the green curry was amazing. Full of complex flavors. I asked for Thai hot and it was a little weak for my tastes but the rest of the ingredients carried the day. Was a bit apprehensive ordering curry at a place I've not been. Was more than pleasantly surprised at the quality. We ordered takeout and it was done on time and still hot when I got home. Didn't go inside so I can't comment on the ambiance however the place was full at 5 on a Wednesday. Check this place out.

Visited today for a lunch with co-workers. We were greeted promptly and cheerfully as we were shown to our table. I ordered a Thai iced tea ($5.95) and chicken Red Curry ($17.95). Our food was delivered in about 8 minutes, and it was delicious. Senna and Jane were our servers, and they were always smiling and helpful. The dining room and patio are so relaxing-it would be a great date spot. We took enough home for dinner. Compared with other local Thai spots, Pad Thai is more expensive but offers outstanding service, quality, and ambiance.

10 years later, and it's still amazing. We haven't come back in the last ten years, but it's now going into the rotation for Thai since it's close to our home. Do yourself a favor and get the crispy pork. Fantastic. Service was great and pricing is good. Head a few doors down to "I Am" for the best bingsu and desserts after your dinner.

Our favorite Thai place in the area, and it's not even close. This restaurant is a hidden gem for authentic South Asian cuisine. When I am in town, we almost always get take out, but the inside of the restaurant is casual and more elegant than you'd expect. The service is great and they always nail the takeout exactly as we order it. You can't go wrong with the Pad Thai, but I've had the Sen Mee Pad See Eaw and it is incredible too. They offer eight levels of spice ranging from mild to double Thai hot and seven protein options on the noodle dishes to accommodate everyone's preferences. I have yet to try anything other than the noodle dishes, but they have many Thai favorites that I would love to get to eventually.

Delicious food and excellent service! First, I love the ambiance of this place. It's a cozy fit on a busy evening but they do an exceptional job of making everyone feel well taken care of. My friend and I got the appetizer sampler, pad Thai, and pad see ew. We shared everything and it was so good!!

LOVELY date night spot. I love walking into a restaurant and feeling like I'm being doted on. They took very good care of us at Pad Thai! Great, succinct, friendly service. We enjoyed their soft pork spring rolls, the Roasted Duck Panang Curry (Duck was moist on the inside and perfectly crisp on the outside! Panang curry is sweet and peanutty.) As well as the Royal Thai Chicken - so saucy and extremely good flavor - loved the segments of lemongrass! I am grateful that YELP puts together collections for the KC area. We visited Pad Thai because it was on the "best eats in KC" collection, and I would wholeheartedly agree!
